Information on the Company's waste and waste prevention and treatment measures is publicized as follows:

1. Wastewater: The wastewater produced by the company is first pretreated by the company's three-effect condensation and evaporation equipment, and then transported to Longquan Water for further treatment after reaching the receiving standard of Longquan Water. After reaching the direct discharge standard by Longquan Water Treatment, it will discharge by itself in accordance with relevant regulations and standards;

2. Exhaust gas:

2.1 organized waste gas:

(1) tin chemical industry section, the main pollutants of waste gas is methyl chloride and other VOCs gas, the waste gas after washing, and then absorbed by activated carbon after 15 meters high exhaust tube (1# exhaust tube) discharge.

(2) In the esterification section, the main pollutants of the waste gas are ammonia and VOCs gas. The waste gas is treated by a water spray tower and then adsorbed by two-stage activated carbon, and discharged by a 15-meter-high exhaust cylinder (2# exhaust cylinder);

2.2 unorganized waste gas: the company's unorganized waste gas is mainly concentrated in the material discharge port. the main pollutants are ammonia and other VOCs gases. the treatment method of this kind of waste gas is: a gas collecting hood is set at the discharge port, the unorganized waste gas is collected and introduced into the esterification waste gas treatment device, and is discharged from a 15-meter-high exhaust cylinder (2# exhaust cylinder) after being adsorbed by activated carbon and sprayed with water.

3. Solid waste

(1) General solid waste: The Company does not produce any other general solid waste except domestic waste, which is cleared and transported by the sanitation department.

(2) Hazardous waste: The company's hazardous waste is: waste desiccant, evaporation kettle residue, tin kettle residue, waste heat transfer oil, waste oil, waste activated carbon. This part of the waste is collected and temporarily stored in the company's hazardous waste temporary storage room, and signed an agreement with Shandong Dongyue Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., and is regularly disposed of by Shandong Dongyue Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.

The production and waste situation in 2023 is as follows:

(1) Waste activated carbon: 1.466 tons

(2) Waste heat transfer oil 0.097 tons

(3) 0.227 tons of tin residue

The transportation of hazardous waste in 2023 is as follows:

(1) Waste activated carbon; 1.128 tons

(2) Waste heat transfer oil: 0.097 tons

(3) Tin Kettle Residue: 0.227 Tons

In order to ensure the discharge of the above pollutants, according to the monitoring requirements of the sewage permit, the company signed a monitoring agreement with Guorun Testing to regularly monitor the company's wastewater, organized waste gas and unorganized waste gas every quarter. The four monitoring records for the whole year of 2023 are all in line with the requirements of the company's sewage permit.
